This the BBQ ribs, steak, veggies that Ulf cooked up at Plaza Copal, the breakfast/lunch spot - with dinner on Monday nights when Juan takes a day off... I should mention Gorretta, Ulf's wife for her efforts, and Kim, for her efforts at Restaurant Copal... THANK YOU ALL for the delicious food when my dear Ombra wasn't preparing our meals!
