This house had all the normal amenities (and then some) that any other modern house would have, but it uses its own generated solar and wind power to fuel them.

The wine cellar (phenomenal!) stayed nice and cool naturally due to its location (nestled into the side of the hill, in the basement)...  We did our best to check on the quality of the wines, as in, drank a lot of it!
