On March 4th we celebrated the end of the push-up challenge! Ron, Alan and I challenged each other, and ourselves, to do up to 250 push-ups in one day. You start with 5/day and add an extra 5 until you reach 250. Ron and I did it for the first time about 3 years ago with our karate dojo and loved it! It takes about 50 days and you end up doing some 6250 push-ups over the course of the entire period.
It feels great! The last day I had to catch a flight to NY at 6am so I started doing my 250 just after mid-night, added 50 around 4am as soon as I woke up and ended the 250 in NY before going to bed...quite a feast! Here are the pics we took of the 3 of us the week following the end of the challenge.
