We certainly had a lovely day celebrating Ron's birthday, starting with his sweet post to which so many of our friends responded so beautifully!

Just before our dinner at Mandolin, a lovely greek bistrot in the Design District, we went for a nice work out on the beach: a little bit of swimming, some abs work and the usual push-ups, however instead of 50 we did 60 in honor of Ron's big day.  Here is a pic of Ron's hands to proove it!
