Half-way cross country (Denver to San Francisco) on the bikes, summer 2008

We planned it, mapped it and did it and it was spectacular!  With our friends Bob and Jins (our usual parters in crime) we took two weeks at the end of August/beginning of September, to ride from Denver to San Francisco.  Ron and I shipped the bikes from NY, Bob and Jins rented Harleys in Denver.  We went through mountain ranges in Colorado, deserts in Arizona and Nevada, hiked the Bryce and Grand Canyons and Yosemite State Park, swam in the Colorado river, explored the Antelope Canyon and had a blast while doing it...what an incredible experience!
