So this is my injury exactly one month from the day... As you can see the cuts have healed nicely and, except for the significant bumps still present, it is almost completely healed.
Today was also the first day back running. Ombra and I did a 2.5 mile run with some circuit training inserted in the middle of it, along with our 50 pushups/160 situps and some stretching to start our day...
It was excellent to be back in the groove again!
I attribute my rapid recovery to taking proper care of myself through icing, elevation and constant cleaning of the wounds. In addition, as I commented in response to Tom's post about the value of nutritional supplements (from two days ago), the fact that my body gets all of the important minerals, vitamins and nano technology from my daily regimen of lifepak gel caps greatly assisted in my healing process. I stress gel cap form because standard one-a-day supplement pills are combined with 'glue' to hold the hundreds of pounds of compression, which means that they basically leave your body in much the same shape as they come in... which does little to enhance your health.
Glad to be back to 100%!
