Ron at Sunset Grill restaurant
we spent our last night in Sanibel Island and on our way to Captiva we saw this sweet restaurant by the beach. We stopped for dinner and I had one of the most delicious and juicy sword fish I've ever had, and Ron's Sunset Grouper was fantastic as well...great way to bring the trip to an end

Hi Beatrice, it is just the name of the delicious dish that Ron ordered that night, a grouper cooked with an interesting mix of exotic spices and Mediterranean flavors...truly amazing!
