This is one oft the routines you can incorporate in to your calf training program. Some more great tips on calf training:
1. Always keep your knees slightly bent to protect your knees.
2. For slow growing calves train them 3 days a week and dramatically change the routine for each session.
3. Wear shorts so you can see your calves working and growing as you train them.
4. Devote at least one training session a week to a heavy and super slow between sets day of calf training. For example. Standing Calf raises 5 x 6-8 and Seated calf raises 5 x 8-10.
Enjoy your calf training and remember treat it like the passion and intensity you train every other body part.
